Learn to match food and wine, whether it's spicy food, chocolate, cheese or just food in general.

An essential skill for any keen dinner party host; delicious food is good and tasty wine is great, but put the two together and if they match well then you’ve got a winning meal on your hands. The Matching Food and Wine Workshop Experience will help you do just that, so that you have a better understanding of which wine goes with which dish and so that your meal runs smoothly.

We all know the basics of matching food and wine; red wine goes with red meat and white wine goes well with poultry, but by going to this workshop you can vastly improve your knowledge. Taking place in High Holborn in London, the evening workshop will last for around two hours and at the end of the experience you should have plenty of food, and wine, for thought.

You can choose the specific workshop that you want to attend, which include Food and Wine, which will give you a general introduction; Wine and Spicy Food, which is ideal for curry lovers; Wine and Chocolate, which is perfect for chocoholics; or Wine and Cheese, which will suit you down to the ground if you enjoy a cheese board or two.

Enjoy sampling 8 wines of different varieties.
Taste 4 different food samples.
You will be given a talk covering topics such as choosing wine in a restaurant, matching wine with food and how to choose wine for a dinner party.
Session will last around 2 hours.
