A fantastic culinary experience where you will tour Chinatown, taste Eastern food and learn East Asian cuisine secrets.

Are you fascinated by Eastern culture and the art of Chinese cuisine? If so, you'll fit right in on the Angela Maliks Flavours of the Eastern World Food Tour Experience, where resident chef Geoff Redfearn takes you on a tour of China Town, treating you to snippets of amazing history, tips on how and where to find the best produce to cook Chinese food with, and tastings of the most delicious Chinese food in London as you tour around the area. This experience is one to remember and utterly perfect for food fanatics, tourists, and history buffs alike.

The Angela Maliks Flavours of the Eastern World Food Tour starts at 10:45 in China Town, London on selected Saturdays. When you arrive to meet your tour group and Geoff, he will begin the tour by telling you all about the China Town community, the available food stores, how and what to buy to produce classic meals, and how to cook traditional Chinese meals. As you tour around, you'll taste Eastern food and pick up tips on recipes and techniques. You'll even visit a butcher and a noodle maker, seeing skilled professionals at work!

Before the tour ends, you'll then be treated to the Angela Maliks Flavours of the Eastern World Food Tour Tapas, where you'll get to sample delicious Tapas dishes, which really wraps up the day perfectly.

The tour runs from 10.45am to 2pm
Enjoy a tour with your guide as he takes you to various shops, sampling food and explaining what to look for in your ingredients.
Thai, Chinese and Asian ingredients will all be explained.
Learn about the history of Chinatown.
Put your feet up and enjoy an Indian tapas meal at the end of the tour.
