Come to Swinton Park and enjoy a splendid afternoon tea, complete with champagne, as you relax in the lavish stately home and its surroundings. This luxury castle hotel is situated in the middle of 200 acres of stunning parkland and beautiful gardens, which can be explored at your leisure, making this a must-do experience.
With this afternoon sojourn, you will both get a real sense of occasion as you enjoy tea amidst the luxury decor of the castle. You will be greeted by staff and shown to the dining area where there will be a selection of fine teas waiting. Then you can order from freshly prepared and delicately hand-cut sandwiches, as well as home-made cream tea scones, complete with clotted cream, and locally-made preserves. "A lovely surprise for my husband" With our silver wedding anniversary coming up, I wanted something special for my husband to enjoy and my daughter found this and booked it for me to surprise him with. What a great day we had! The champagne was marvellous and brought back a few memories. The food was delicious and we spent a very enjoyable few hours wandering around the magnificent gardens of Swinton Park. The gift box completed what was a lovely day and one that we will remember fondly. We are already talking about coming back next year!
