Flying Lesson - 45 Minutes - £124

The flying lesson will begin with a pre-flight briefing from your well-qualified instructor. Each of the light aircraft's dials and controls will be introduced, as well as what your trial flying lesson will encompass. You will then get to see the aircraft from propeller to tail, and inside the cockpit. Your instructor will guide the plane during take-off, then teach you some basic manoeuvres before you take control of the steering once airborne! The instructor is on hand to assist in this dual steering aircraft, and will also land the plane when the 45 minutes are up.
Your 45 minute experience includes take off and landing.
Group Size: It will be just you and the instructor.
Your flying lesson will last 45 minutes, but please allow 1½ hours at the venue.

This activity may not be suitable for participants who are pregnant or suffer from recurrent fainting, fits, epilepsy, giddiness, blackouts, high blood pressure, severe head injuries, diabetes or heart conditions. The maximum weight is 92 - 108kg (14½ to 17 stone). Minimum age for participants is 16 years. No flying qualifications are required to take part in this activity.
Monday - Thursday all year round, however April to September is best for flying weather.
We advise to book 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability can vary throughout the year.
You are encouraged to bring family or friends to watch you from the air strip.
You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Flying Lesson - 45 Minutes and details of how to book a date.
Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.
Your voucher pack will be sent via 1st class post, or you can request our 48 Hour Guaranteed Delivery service for an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 2 working days for the 48 Hour service.
In the event of your activity being cancelled a new date will be arranged.
