You are welcomed on arrival. Some flotation centres may ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire. The tank will be explained, and how to use it. You can choose to float in the dark or keep the lights on. Float in silence or listen to your choice of music. At some flotation centres you can even watch TV. You can dream and contemplate or listen to special relaxation and other CD’s as you are floating. The real miracle of floating is that it really causes deep relaxation. Floating in a dense water solution stimulates blood flow and removes stress. A session in a flotation tank removes postural defects and contact loads from the body. Your body relaxes in the tank and your mind is also refreshed. Floating is the fastest, most efficient and a completely natural way of reaching a state of high relaxation.
