Bird lovers and wildlife fans may be difficult to buy for when it comes to birthday and Christmas gifts, but these Hawk Walk experiences could be the answer to your prayers. The gift is simply perfect for those that love anything to do with the stunning birds that stalk the skies of our world.

Upon arrival at the falconry centre of your choice, you will be greeted by an expert bird handler that will teach you about the various different types of birds of prey. You will them embark on your hawk walk where you will have the chance to get involved with the bird.

There are many amazing birds from different parts of the world, but it is undoubtedly the birds of prey that are the most fascinating of all. These impressive birds are normally quite elusive and it is extremely rare that you will see them, let alone get the chance to see them up close. These unique experiences gives you the chance to see these amazing creatures up close and personal.

Hawk Walk in Derbyshire - £25

Enjoy taking a walk with a feathered friend in Derbyshire countryside.

Voucher valid for 10 months for one person.
During your walk you will have the chance to learn how to handle and fly this magnificent bird of prey.
The bird flown will be a Harris Hawk.
Please allow 1 hour for your experience.

Two Hour Hawk Walk in Lanarkshire - £60

Experience the opportunity to get close to some amazingly beautiful birds. Enjoy handling the different species as well as going on a wonderful Hawk Walk.

On arrival you will spend time learning about the individual species.
Enjoy handling a variety of birds.
Enjoy a Hawk walk where you will actively get involved with the bird.
This experience will be on a one to one basis.

Meet your experienced falconer and beautiful hawk on arrival.
Learn about the bird, the equipment used and how to handle the hawk.
Enjoy a walk through woods and countryside with the hawk flying beside you.
Don't forget your camera to capture this magical experience.
Please allow 1.5 hours for your experience.

Min age - 12 years.
You must dress appropriately in wellington or heavy boots and clothes suitable for all weather conditions.
Experience is weather dependent and so may be cancelled if weather is poor; please check with the venue before leaving on the day.
