What Your Experience Includes
This course at the Novelli Academy in Hertfordshire will involve learning to cook Jean-Christophe Novelli’s famous and delicious dishes, with one of his hand-picked chefs to show you how it’s done. These mouth-watering dishes will amaze your friends and you’ll gain confidence in your culinary skills

You are greeted at the Academy by the friendly staff. Then onto the cooking! This two-day course may include a selection of choices from the following delicious culinary delights:

Ducks & P’s (Seasonal Game),
Beside the seaside, beside the sea (fish and shellfish),
Autumn delights (seasonal Autumn dishes),
Don’t get in a pickle (Preserves),
Give us your daily bread (home baking),
Cooking for the culinary challenged (essential culinary skills),

• Spend a day in the Novelli Academy kitchen under handpicked guest Chefs with a small group.
• Allow two days for your experience (1pm – 7pm for Day One, and approx 11am – 4pm for Day Two).
• Demonstrations and hands on cooking so you can learn new skills in an expertly-planned format.
• Delicious lunch plus refreshments on both days.
• Tasting dinner on Day One.
• Recipes to take away so you can recreate the dishes at home.
• All equipment is included, including aprons.

Restrictions


• Minimum age is 16 and under 18’s need consent of parent or guardian.
• You will be standing for a reasonable length of time whilst doing practical work so general fitness is required. When booking you must notify the centre of any food allergies or dietary requirements. 
• The centre is a listed 14th century building and disabled facilities are not currently available. If you have any disability or illness that may prevent you from taking part in the experience you must discuss this with the centre before booking.
• A delicious lunch on both days and a Tasting dinner on Day One is provided as part of the course. Drinks are available throughout.
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking.
