Our 15 year old daughter has just been microlighting at Caunton, Newark. She landed with a huge grin on her face and had really enjoyed the experience. As parents, we were completely confident that the instructor was competent and that she would be safe with him. He also gave her lots of info on what they were flying over. She now wants to do it again!

The 30 Minute Cookery Lesson at L’atelier des Chefs is specifically designed to help busy individuals cook high quality, delicious food in a very short space of time. During your 30-minute lesson you will be given a great deal of advice by your expert chef. They will show you how to make a number of different dishes that can easily be replicated in your own home. It’s possible to create excellent, healthy meals in a short space of time and they will show you how.
This experience is conveniently located right in the centre of London. You will be provided with a glass of wine to help you enjoy the experience even more and you will be treated to a delicious desert that has been cooked by your chef.

"Educational and Delicious!" I went along to this cookery day with my friend not really knowing what to expect, but in the end we had an absolute blast! The best bit of the day is definitely getting to taste the fruits of your hard labour, when you tuck into the gorgeous meals that you've prepared beforehand, with a glass of wine, then follow that up with a scrummy dessert! The chef's were brilliant and made everyone feel so welcome and passed on some secrets of the trade that are really practical! A magic day out and we're looking forward to going on another as soon as we can!

"Never knew learning could be so yummy!" What a brilliant experience! To be able to tap into the knowledge of a chef,even for just 30 minutes was a real eye-opener. I thought I was a fairly good cook, but I must admit some of the tips I received here were eye-openers to me and the results were truly astonishing - I couldn't wait to get home and put them to work in the kitchen. The wine I received was lovely and the dessert afterwards was exceptional - a really enjoyable experience which has given me new found confidence in the kitchen.
