Spend a day with famous chef Jean-Christophe Novelli as he prepares some delicious dishes with tasting sessions throughout. A fun and highly informative gastronomic delight.

Cooking has never been as popular in the UK as it is right now. Television programmes such as Masterchef and Ready Steady Cook have led to a huge increase in the number of people that try cooking at home on a regular basis, and the number of chefs who have become household names. One of those is French chef and former star of Hell’s Kitchen, Jean-Christophe Novelli.

Jean-Christophe is a Michelin and 5AA Rosette award-winning chef and his excellent reputation precedes him and his Novelli Academy. The Novelli Academy in Hertfordshire is where you can enjoy the Demonstration and Tasting Day with Jean-Christophe Novelli Experience. The 14th century farmhouse is a stunning location itself, but what the French chef will be cooking inside will be even more spectacular!

The day kicks off at 11:00 and as part of a small group, you can learn from the wisdom of Jean-Christophe and hopefully use his knowledge to improve your cookery skills. Even if you don’t fancy visiting the kitchen a little more often as a result of this fantastic experience, you can still enjoy the food that Jean-Christophe cooks during the demonstration and enjoy a couple of glasses of wine, too!

  • Held in a lovely 14th century farmhouse.
  • This is a full day course (11 am - 5 pm).
