The cookery school is set in a lovely 14th-century farmhouse in the county of Hertfordshire.

Not only is the setting fabulous, so is the cooking! The dishes you will be shown are gastronomic delights which will set your taste buds alight and make you want to re-create them for friends and family again and again.

With a wide range of courses to pick from you won't have any problems with finding something to suit your taste. With most of the classes on offer you will have the chance to do some hands on cooking but if you're looking for a demonstration then the master himself, Jean-Christophe will take you through some of his best dishes, letting you in on trade secrets and hints and tips for the perfect cooking experience.

Demonstration and Tasting Day with Jean-Christophe Novelli - £495

Spend a day with famous chef Jean-Christophe Novelli as he prepares some delicious dishes with tasting sessions throughout. A fun and highly informative gastronomic delight.
