This one day intensive cookery course hosted by Jean-Christophe Novelli himself will be a great experience. Jean-Christophe is a 5 AA Rosette award-winning and Michelin-starred chef with a wealth of top restaurants and TV appearances to his name, so you’re in good hands! Jean-Christophe will help you create a specially-designed seasonal menu and will pass on his incredible passion for food and creative excellence at every opportunity. You’ll learn to select seasonings and flavourings with some of the finest ingredients possible at your disposal. It’s a very relaxed and informal day where good cookery plus wine appreciation are made accessible. Jean-Christophe will guide you throughout the day, dispensing practical and technical advice and answering any questions you have. He has a contagious sense of fun and we guarantee this will be a day you’ll never forget! You’ll enjoy a delectable lunch as well as refreshments, and a luxurious one night stay in a local 4 Star hotel (single room). • Minimum age is 16 and under 18’s need consent of parent/guardian.
• You must notify the school of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
• You will be standing up for a reasonable length of time whilst doing practical work so general fitness is recommended.
• The centre is a listed 14th century building and disabled facilities are not currently available. If you have a disability or illness that may prevent you from participating in the experience you must discuss this with the centre before booking.
• A delicious lunch will be provided, and drinks will be available throughout the day.
