Could there be a more exciting experience than this? You in a chocolate workshop, making fine, top quality Belgian chocolates under careful but expert instruction. This is as close to Santa’s Workshop as you are going to get ladies and gentlemen!
This gift session is ideal for anyone who loves chocolate, food or even just likes the idea of being creative. Be prepared for a fun day out. Unlike a chocolate maker, a chocolatier is knowledgeable in all aspects of production. Learn about the history of chocolate as you tour the workshop, before sampling the product at the chocolate fountain. You’ll then carry on and progress to create a filling for your truffles, before moving on to dip them in the pure Belgian chocolate and then finally getting your chance to decorate these inevitable masterpieces.
The workshop will last around two and a half hours. You will be greeted by a chocolatier who will then take you on your tour around the factory/workshop. All those in attendance will take home their own personally designed and created Belgian chocolates, around 40-50 in total, complete with wrappings.

"Perfect present!!" Having been given the experience by my husband I took a friend for a fun-filled yummy-tasting enjoyable afternoon making truffles. There were two "teachers" who talked us through every step of the process and helped when we went wrong! It was a very enjoyable time and we all got to take our chocolates home beautifully presented at the end of the day. We learnt lots about different types of chocolate. I highly recomend the whole thing. We went just before valentines day so it was a full house....plenty of couples there as well as a few on their own, and only just more women than men!!

"Just what I was looking for" I am a baker by trade and had always been interested in the work of the chocolatier, especially around Europe. I had always wanted to learn more about the craft had even read a fair bit about it but had never really come across a way to experience it without going on lengthy and expensive courses . This was just perfect, I really enjoyed the day and it has made me even keener to learn more. Informative and great fun, the staff couldn't have been nicer. I was really amazed to find that I wasn't the only man there!

"what a surprise" I bought this for my niece who just loves this kind of thing, anything from home made cards to baking is her bag so I thought this would be perfect for her and I was right. I actually paid for two and went with her and the thing is that I didn't necessarily expect to enjoy it but I did. The whole thing was fascinating and it's all done so well that it's impossible not to find it so. You learn a lot more than you think and there's a hell of a lot more to chocolate than meets the eye.

The London venue is situated in West Kensington and is held on selected Saturdays only.
