A chance to learn how the masterchefs work their magic at Brompton Cookery School

We all wish that we could cook to the high standards that we see chefs on the television and in the top UK restaurants do, but very few of us have the time to do so. This full day cooking course is the ideal way to get a fantastic insight into the workings of a real kitchen and learn some new and useful skills at the same time.

The Full day Cookery Course at Brompton Cookery School Experience is run by an expert chef. The Brompton Cookery School is located in the delightful Shropshire countryside, the ideal place to relax and enjoy a full days cooking. You will be shown how to master a number of cooking skills including meat marinating, preparing fresh fish correctly and many more. By the time you leave the cooking school you will be filled with new techniques and skills that you will want to show off to your friends and family when you get home.

During the day you are given a lunch break and you will enjoy a delightful two course meal with a delicious glass of wine. The whole day is guaranteed to leave you raring to get into the kitchen at home and cook up a storm.

Choose from a huge selection of courses including; marinating meat, bread making, preparing fish and plenty more.
Kick start with a demonstration session.
This is followed by some practical, hands-on teaching as you learn a variety of new skills.
For lunch you will all sit down and enjoy a two course meal using the food you have prepared, with a nice glass of wine.
You will then have a further afternoon session, broadening your skills even more.
At the end you will be able to take any extra food you have prepared home with you.

"Wonderful day"

I have my lovely girls to thank for buying me this for no other reason than to cheer me up, they certainly did that but I can't go without thanking the people at this site. What a great idea and a really fun and interesting experience. I consider myself to be a pretty experienced cook but I learned so much from this that it's hard to believe you could pack so much into a day. Techniques, really useful tips, and it will challenge the whole way you look at food and cooking it. Outstanding
