Ordering Online and By Telephone

We encourage customers to use our online ordering system which is a simple and totally secure process involving 1) Entry of your details, and 2) Payment.

Technical issues are thankfully very rare, but if you are one of the few unlucky customers who experience a problem placing an order online or simply prefer to order by phone then please call our Customer Services line for assistance.

(Please note, we advise planning 4-6 weeks ahead if you require a specific date. With the exception of many of our flying experiences, dates can only be booked by customers in possession of a voucher. Vouchers are valid for up to 10 months.)

Print a Receipt

If you need a VAT receipt for your order, please go to our Online Receipts page, enter your order number and print the page that appears.

Redeem an Open Gift Voucher

Open Vouchers (reference starts with MADOPEN) can be redeemed online by clicking on the 'Redeem' button found on the activity information page for your chosen experience. Enter your MADOPEN voucher refererence(s) in the page that appears and proceed through the order pages to complete the process.

Alternatively, . Please state your full voucher reference, your chosen activity, your name, telephone number and the address for delivery. We will contact you for any additional payment due, if appropriate. Or call Customer Services on 0844 8040 432 for assistance.
