Problems Ordering Online & Telephone
Orders
We encourage customers to use our secure
online ordering system which is a simple two stage process involving
1) entry of your details, and 2) payment.
Technical issues are thankfully very rare, but if you are one
of the few unlucky customers who experience a problem placing an
order online or prefer to order by phone then please see the contact
instructions above for Existing Customers. A member of our Customer
Services team will be happy to help you complete your order.

Redeem an Open Gift Voucher
Open Vouchers (reference starts with
MADOPEN) can be redeemed online by entering your Open Voucher
number in the box at the foot of the activity information page for
your chosen experience and then following the instructions.

your name, telephone number and the address for delivery. We will
contact you for any additional payment due, if appropriate. Or call
