What is coasteering?
Coasteering began in the late 19th century when rocky sea cliffs were traversed by climbing pioneers; and is now the ultimate coastal adventure to be enjoyed in the 21st century!
Equipped with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and a sturdy pair of trainers, you have the opportunity to explore the coastal National Park as you climb natural rock arches, swim into sea caves, and jump from vertical rock faces, and maybe even swim alongside Atlantic grey seals!
Whether the sea is peacefully calm, or has waves pounding at the cliff’s base, a fantastic coasteering experience is guaranteed, with wave dodging, cliff jumping and rock traversing being just some of the challenges you’ll face as you travel along the Pembrokeshire coastline!
What happens on a wicked liquid break?
Throughout your 2 day break our qualified instructors will help you master the techniques of coasteering, with 2 adrenaline fuelled sessions at 2 completely different venues.
Your third activity will be a COASTAL HIKE.
With the renowned National Park Coastal Path right on our doorstep, you will be able to enjoy stunning cliff top scenery and relax amongst the wild flowers; the perfect way to chill-out after your adventurous activities!
If you’d prefer, you could swap the Hike for something more challenging – perhaps sea kayaking or surfing? Or just slow down, relax and take things at a more leisurely pace!
