On arrival you will receive a safety briefing and have the route you will be taking explained, before being kitted out with your coasteering kit, which includes a full 'steamer' wetsuit. A Nookie TYF buoyancy aid and a crash helmet are also provided so you will only need to bring along a pair of trainers, a swimming costume, and shorts or tracksuit bottoms so the knees and seat of the wetsuit are protected. After two adrenaline-fuelled hours in, on or close to the water, you’ll also need a towel plus dry clothes and shoes to get changed into!

Group Size: There'll be up to 10 people in your group.

Your coasteering activity will last for about 3 ½ hours.

Participants need to have a general fitness to take part; if in doubt please speak with your doctor.
To take part in this experience you must be between 8 -15 years old.
Previous experience is not needed to enjoy this activity.

All year round on selected Monday - Sunday dates.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you.
