You will learn the basic skills required for coasteering during this introductory session. Following a safety briefing and tips on coasteering techniques, you and your team will head out to the blue yonder to work out the best routes as you dodge the waves along the way! Experienced instructors will select the most suitable coastal point according to the day’s weather conditions and the ability of the participants in the group.

Coasteering can be tiring but does not require a high level of fitness. Participants will be required to complete a simple 'Health Declaration' before taking part. Concern over health or medical issues should be checked before purchase.
To take part in this activity you must be at least 12 years old.
You must be able to swim and confident in water.
