Only this week sent off for tickets and they came through so quick, i did a download of a quick certificate so the twin boys had something for their Birthday. Well the delivery was so quick a, lovely presentation box arrived the day before the big day. When i went on the phone before making a booking the young lady in the office was so helpful, she answered all my questions. Big Big thank you, all we have to do is book the occasion. How To Use Your Voucher

If you're lucky enough to have received an experience voucher from ExperienceMad.co.uk you'll now be wanting to know how to use it.

Date bookings are kindly handled on our behalf by our wonderful suppliers. Booking instructions are provided in your voucher pack but if you haven't spotted them or you need some guidance this should help. Check the voucher number printed on your voucher and then follow the instructions below:

For voucher references in the format 123456-MAD12345
On the experience information sheet on the left side of your voucher pack there is a yellow strip with information on how to activate your voucher online and obtain current booking line telephone numbers relevent to your experience. It looks like this.....

If you are having problems activating your voucher online and need help from a real live person, please call 0870 444 2575 or 0208 275 5220 for assistance.
