What's an Experience Voucher?

It's a gift voucher for an unforgettable experience day, such as driving a rally car or flying a helicopter.

Vouchers are valid for up to 10 months and can be personalised with a name and message which will appear in the presentation gift pack. You just hand the voucher pack to the lucky person you bought it for and they then book the experience in their own time using the contact details provided in the pack. Simple!

How do I choose and buy an Experience Voucher?

We've worked hard to make choosing and buying an experience voucher online a really simple process. Just follow these easy steps:-

• Pick an experience:
  Think about the person you are buying for, what do they like doing. Then look around our website in the sections most appropriate. For example, if they've always wanted to drive a Lamborghini check out our Lamborghini driving section where you'll see a list of the various experiences we offer, their prices and where they take place. Click on the More Info button for further details about each experience and when you've finally decided which one will leave them jumping for joy, click on the button to go to the Order Form or Contact Us and we'll happily take your order over the phone.
• Complete the order form:
  The order form is very simple and should only take you a couple of minutes to complete. Tell us who the voucher is for and let us know the message you would like to appear on the voucher (e.g. Happy Birthday! Have a great time from Jen, Dave and family), your name, address, email and telephone number and a delivery address if you would like the voucher sent straight to them.
  Then click on the Submit Order button which will take you to a page verifying the details you have entered.
• Check your order and pay:
  Check the details you have entered are correct and click on the Pay Now button to be taken to our Payment Service Provider's secure server to fill in your credit/debit card details.
  (Note: We use SagePay (formerly known as Protx), a leading Payment Service Provider endorsed by all major banks to ensure your card details are safe and secure. If your credit or debit card is part of the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode schemes you will be requested to enter a password after entering your card details to verify you are the true owner of the card.)
• Confirmation Email:
  Once you have completed the credit card payment process your work is done! You will receive an email confirming we have received your order which will contain your Order Number. Your voucher will be despatched within 1 working day and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Can I order by phone?

Yes. Our online order system is very straightforward and totally secure but we are more than happy to take your order over the telephone if you prefer. Our number is at the top of every page or take a look at our Contact Details page for information on how to contact us. We do not charge for telephone orders.

Can I pay by cheque or direct bank transfer?

Yes you can, however we only accept cheques or direct bank transfers for orders over £100. Unfortunately we do need to wait for your cheque to clear before we can despatch your voucher pack which will delay things by a few days but we're happy to take payment this way if it is the only option for you. Cheques should be made out to Grand Adventures Ltd and sent to the address on our Contact Details page along with a letter stating the name and price of the experience you would like to buy, the name of the person the gift is for, your special message to them, your address and your contact details. If you would like to pay directly into our bank account our details are as follows:-

What Will I Receive?

You (or your recipient) will receive a voucher pack in a plain wrapper (so we don't give the game away) containing:

• Your personalised voucher.
• Details of the experience day you have purchased.
• Instructions on how to go about booking a date.

Vouchers are valid for between 6 and 10 months from the date of issue - check the relevent web page for details regarding your chosen experience.

Online Vouchers for last minute gifts!

Once you've placed your order you can print off a voucher instantly using our Online Voucher facility and your order number. Click on the Online Vouchers button found on the home page and on the left of all other pages of the site.

Open Vouchers for the Gift of Choice!

If you just can't decide what to buy we have the perfect solution. Open Vouchers can be purchased for a value of your choice and can be exchanged by your recipient for any of the experiences on this website. Visit the Open Vouchers page for more information.

What is the "Wish List"?

If you are as mad about experience days as we are you will want to try them all, so add the ones you most fancy to your Experience Mad Wish List and we'll e-mail you whenever a special deal comes up on a Wish List experience. You can also e-mail your Wish List to your friends and families as a gentle hint of what to buy you for your next birthday or Christmas present.
