RestrictionsThere are a number of restrictions in place as to who can participate in the bungee jumping days:
There is always a short briefing from an instructor. Participants are also weighed to make sure they don't exceed the 120kg maximum weight limit. You are then strapped in using shock cord that has been braided and covered, and a body harness. The only other thing that will happen is a mixture of excitement and fear.
What about after the jump?After the jump you may find yourself breathing quite heavily and smiling. This is perfectly normal, as your body will have reached a peak of euphoria. The events will play in your head again and again, and you'll want to do it all over again. Bungee jumping is recommended for those who want that rush of pure adrenaline through their body.
