Experience an exhilarating 30 minute aerobatic flight in either a T67 Slingsby Firefly or a Bulldog, both military aircraft once used by the RAF to train pilots in aerial combat.

 

What Your Experience Includes
Aerobatic Flight in an Ex Military Trainer 30 mins:Your aerobatic flight can be as gentle or as extreme as you like - the choice is yours. Sit beside your pilot as you experience everything from gentle loops and rolls to more advanced aerobatics such as stall turns, barrel rolls, vertical climbs and descents. You will be thoroughly briefed by your pilot instructor before the flight so that you experience precisely the level of excitement you desire.

Your 60 minute experience begins gently with a tea or coffee and briefing by your pilot. You will then take to the air for a 30 minute flight you will never forget. Your pilot will gradually introduce to you to the sensations and G-forces of aerobatic flights, before moving onto loops, rolls and turns that will leave you breathless. Remember, you call the shots - your pilot will give you as much excitement as you can handle!

After landing and carrying out the traditional turf-kissing ceremony of many first time aerobatic flyers, you will be presented with a signed certificate to commemorate your day.

How long does it last ?
The duration of this experience is approximately 60 minutes including briefings and tea/coffee.
Airborne time is 30 minutes.

Restrictions
Maximum Pilot Weight is 17 Stone (108 kg) except Blackpool is 14 Stone (89 Kg)
Maximum Pilot Height is 6' 4" (1.93 m) except Blackpool is 6' 0" (1.83 m)
NB Blackpool flights are either 1) Aerobatic Demonstration or 2) Non Aerobatic Pilot Lesson
Minimum Pilot Age is 12 Years (adult supervision required for under 16s on airfield premises)

Public Liability Insurance is included for this experience.
As aviation requires good weather conditions, flights are subject to cancellation at short notice.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden from all events.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be excluded from activities.
